my 40 cu ft propane gas kiln

Here are some pix of my gas kiln. I built it myself and it runs on propane using 2 rear mounted ransom atmospheric burners.

The kiln has soft brick walls and arch. I use nitride bonded silicon carbide shelves as well as Advancers.

The 2 bottom pix are of the wheels of my car kiln. The is one V track(right) to guide the car, and one flat track(left). The left wheels are built up in height to make the car level. My welder wanted to do this design since it made it easier to mount the tracks without the worry of having the wheels bind.
